We collect several types of information from Users and Organizers ("you") who use the Platform:

• Account Information: When you create a Cub account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Activity Information: Organizers provide information about their Activities, including descriptions, pricing, images, videos, location data, and safety precautions.
• Transaction Information: When you book an Activity, we collect details such as the Activity booked, date, time, and amount paid. Note: We do not store your full credit card numbers; these are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
• Usage Information: We collect data on your use of the Platform, such as Activities browsed, reviews left, and searches performed.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use, including device type, operating system, IP address, and unique identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate, improve, and secure the Platform.
• Facilitate communication and transactions between Users and Organizers.
• Process bookings and payouts.
• Translate and moderate content using automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
• Send marketing and promotional communications (with your consent).
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The Platform uses cookies and local storage to enhance your experience. This includes saving your preferences, such as your selected display language (cub_language) and currency (cub_currency), and keeping you logged into your account. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these essential tracking technologies.

4. User Content and Marketing

By submitting content (reviews, images, videos, descriptions), you grant Cub4me a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and publish such content for marketing purposes across the App, website, and social media. You may opt out of marketing usage by contacting us, though your content will still be used to operate the Platform.

5. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for content translation, cloud hosting providers). These providers are obligated to protect your data.
• Organizers: We share necessary booking details (such as your name and email) with Organizers so they can provide the Activity.
• Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Cub4me and our users.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" function within the App settings or by contacting us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Security and International Transfers

We take reasonable technical steps to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence, which may have different data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on the Platform.
